What to do if you are experiencing network issues?

Reboot your radio. This is accomplished by unplugging the power adapter from the POE (the little white box where the wire comes into your home). The power light will go out. Plug the power adapter back into the POE once the power light has gone out. The power light will come back on.

Reboot your wireless router. If rebooting your radio did not work, you may need to reboot your wireless router. To reboot your wireless router, unplug the power adapter and plug it back in.
