This is a contract for a subscription that will be automatically extended, unless prior written notice is received per the Iron Goat Networks Terms of Service.
All equipment furnished to the customer to provide service is the property of Iron Goat Networks, llc.
All equipment will be returned to Iron Goat Networks, llc upon termination of service. There is a $500 charge for the loss of or damage to equipment owned by Iron Goat Networks, llc. Damage caused by weather and/or normal wear and tear is excluded.
Cancellation of service must be made in writing.
Service is billed monthly on the first of the month to the credit card account supplied to Iron Goat Networks, llc.
If you have chosen an plan that allows for it, the installation fees are refundable within the first 30 days.
If you have chosen to pay by check, payment is due on the first of the month. You will not be sent an invoice. If payment is not received by the 15th of the month, service will be disconnected without notice. You will be charged a reconnect fee of $10.
